Sarah Begbie is an Australian based product designer and artist who achieved her Bachelor of Arts, Fine Art Gold & Silversmithing (Honours) at RMIT in 1997 and has since won numerous design awards.

She was the recipient of the prestigious Australia Council Grant for a mentorship with highly respected Melbourne based designer, Marion Marshall.

Her work has been widely published in a variety of international design, fashion, lifestyle and architecture magazines. This truly signifies her widespread appeal to both the fashion and design world.

Sarah's work has travelled both nationally and abroad at both prestigious exhibitions and well known galleries where the work has received critical appraisal by the design community and consumer audience alike.

The work is deliberately relaxed in its execution. Repetition of form and lightness of design are critical issues of the work.

Sarah Begbie's collections have been ranged in Joyce Boutique in Hong Kong, Belinda Stores and the Museum of Contemporary Art stores in Sydney, Harvey Nichols and Browns in London as well as leading fashion and design stores and galleries in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Sarah Begbie has collaborated with international Architect and Designer, Tom Kovac, New York Interior & Graphic Designer, Kate Wadia, International Fashion Designers Peter Werth, Jeff Banks, Calvin Klein and Rodd & Gunn through her partner businesses Accessory Source and The Product Design Group (PDG). Sarah is open to collaborations and licensing opportunities by making enquires via the contact page.
